Destination Legacy Getaways strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against cancellation penalties, travel interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The client is responsible for obtaining travel insurance through a provider of their choice
Booking Policy
Full payment or the required deposit must be received to secure your seat. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a spot on the trip.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be made by the stated due dates. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Destination Legacy Getaways are non-refundable.
Because transportation, tickets, and reservations are purchased in advance, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations, missed departures, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Ticket Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Destination Legacy Getaways no later than 7 days before the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Organizer
If Destination Legacy Getaways cancels a trip due to low attendance, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, travelers will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future trip
Departure Policy
Travelers must arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes before departure.
The bus will depart promptly at the scheduled time.
Destination Legacy Getaways is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival. No refunds will be issued for missed departures.
Traveler Conduct Policy
To ensure a positive experience for all travelers, we expect all guests to:
- Treat others with respect
- Follow instructions from trip hosts
- Respect transportation providers, venues, and staff
- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Destination Legacy Getaways reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior creates safety concerns or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided.
Assumption of Risk
By booking a trip, travelers acknowledge that participation involves certain risks associated with travel and group activities.
Travelers voluntarily assume all risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.
Liability Disclaimer
Destination Legacy Getaways acts only as an organizer and coordinator of travel experiences.
We are not responsible for:
- Traffic delays
- Weather conditions
- Venue changes
- Injuries
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Actions of third-party vendors
Photography & Social Media Release
By participating in a trip, travelers grant Destination Legacy Getaways permission to use photographs and videos taken during the experience for promotional and marketing purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the trip.
Health & Accessibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in scheduled activities.
